I have always been interested in computers. I was employed by Ford Motor company and had built my first computer during a class they offerered on PC builds. I decided to pursue this passion and earn a degree in IT. I had a choice of which school to choose and my first appointment was with Stautzenberger. This college had a good reputation in the area for IT and once I met the people I was hooked.
Taking the IT tract at Stautzenberger seemed like a no brainer to me. I could earn a degree which would help open the door to an IT career. I could then go on to earn a Bachelor’s degree somewhere else. I earned a degree in Network Administration following the Novell tract and then stayed another year to earn a diploma in Microsoft Windows server administration. It was the latter education that is still paying off till this day.
I will always be grateful to the people at Stautzenberger that helped me shape a new career path and provided me with the tools I needed to be successful in that path. They were very kind and this experience opened up a whole different perspective for me on the world.
